HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR THE MONTHLY UNLIMITED CAR WASH MEMBERSHIP
You can sign up for the monthly unlimited wash club online or visit us in-person at our Libertyville location.
WHEN WILL I BE BILLED FOR MY MONTHLY UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP?
Your monthly unlimited membership fee will automatically recharge to your credit card on the purchase anniversary date each month.
What happens if I get a new license plate or a new car?
You can change your license plate information online under manage membership or you can talk to an employee at one of our locations.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY MONTHLY UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP?
Memberships must be canceled online by clicking here or by filling out and submitting a cancellation form in person at least seven days before your automatic recharge date.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I GET A NEW CREDIT CARD?
You can update your membership payment card online or visit us in-person.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I CANCEL MY MONTHLY UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP?
Your credit card will not be charged on your next recharge date. You may still utilize the benefits of your membership until your next recharge date.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I GET A NEW VEHICLE OR LICENSE PLATE?
Please visit us in-person where one of our crew members will happily assist you with any account changes.
CAN I USE MY MONTHLY UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP ON MULTIPLE VEHICLES?
No, monthly unlimited memberships are intended for one single vehicle.
WHAT HAPPENS IF SOAPY CAR WASH IS CLOSED?
We strive to be open during our normal operating hours, however, we do reserve the right to close due to inclement weather, major holidays, and equipment maintenance or failure.
