Unlimited Wash Plan – Terms & Conditions

1. Plan Description
The Unlimited Wash Plan allows registered members to wash their enrolled vehicle an unlimited number of times, subject to reasonable usage limits.

2. Vehicle Eligibility
Each plan is valid for one vehicle only and tied to the vehicle’s license plate and/or RFID tag. Plans are non-transferable.

3. Usage Guidelines
Unlimited does not permit abusive or excessive use. One wash per day applies unless otherwise stated. Commercial vehicles are not permitted.

4. Billing & Payments
Memberships are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis. Declined payments may suspend service.

5. Cancellation Policy
Memberships may be canceled at any time before the next billing date. No refunds or prorated credits.

6. Vehicle Restrictions
Service may be refused for vehicles with loose parts, aftermarket accessories, roof racks, ladders, or oversized vehicles.

7. Damage Disclaimer
Soapy Car Wash is not responsible for pre-existing damage or improper vehicle conditions. Claims must be reported before leaving the property.

8. Suspension or Termination
Soapy Car Wash may suspend or terminate memberships for misuse or violations.

9. Service Availability
Service is subject to weather, maintenance, and operational limitations.

10. Changes to Terms
Terms may change at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
